I feel your pain -- at least in part. I have mild plantar fasciitis in my left foot and this summer I broke my right leg. Here is the post from my blog:
What not to do...On a beautiful Spring morning in May.
Do not wear heavy tread shoes on rough brick stairs with no railing, turn your ankle, fall with your weight on leg of said turned ankle. What happens: A nice clean break in the tibia; a twisted, splintered break in the fibula; a broken and sprained ankle; loads of torn and stretched ligaments; not to mention a crazy amount of bruising and road burn all down the leg. This is even worse if it is your favored leg.
The day after I wrote this, my two-year-old climbed out of his crib and broke his arm.
We both are doing much better and that same two-year-old squealed with delight when I printed out your latest coloring page.
Very cool! And I hope you are in full recuperation mode. You're not one to slow down easily, I know - hope all went smoothly and that you heal beautifully. Oh - So a skeleton walks into a bar and says, "Give me a beer. And a mop." ;0)
Wow! I want to live there.
