ABOWS on the Georgia Reading List!

My cousin texted me recently... A BIRD ON WATER STREET is on the Georgia Suggested Summer Reading Middle & High School list for 2015! How exciting is that!? The list is handed out by both school and branch librarians all over the state. Wouldn't it be wonderful if new readers discovered ABOWS and the story moved them as much as it moved me?
