The Rapeseed is blooming!

One of the big growing crops in Scotland is Rapeseed, used mostly for Rapeseed oil - a staple to the Scottish diet. I pass fields of it on the train from Edinburgh to Glasgow, and this week, it's in bloom! I wish it had been a sunny day, but you get the idea - Scotland becomes covered in fields of bright yellow - stunning!
