Officially! Really! Did you know? To celebrate, here's Weird Al Yankovic singing "I want a new duck."
Thanks to "A Duck a Day" for the video! (Molly is posting a duck a day for as long as he can stand it - go check it out!)
How about a "SendaDuck.com" iPhone app? (You can also MailADuck!)
Oh, and I showed you the Reading Duck already.
But how about heatable duckie slippers? Oooo, they could join my bunny slippers!
Or, or the Duck Fever Show - a gallery show where a tub-full of artists personalized a bunch of rubber duckies? Wouldn't this make a great fund-raiser idea?
The possibilities are endless! (And our future is looking just duckie, ain't it?)
And don't forget to go check out all my other ducky fun stuff at my SOAP, SOAP, SOAP Activity Page!! (Follow the blog tour to find videos of Ernie singing the classic Sesame Street Rubber Ducky song.)

Yankovic.. (sounds like a K), not Yankovich
Ok, how did you figure it's Rubber Duckie's birthday? Are we talking the Rubber Duckie of song, or what? I love the little clip. I also love Al Yankovic, so it's a win-win.
Thanks Anonymous - I've fixed my spelling error.
And Patti - Here are some links:

Looks like Boston will be doing some fun Ducky stuff for kids today too: http://www.bostoncentral.com/events/water/p13988.php
Thanks for the links. Perhaps I'll make some duckie chocolates in honor. I usually only make them around Easter, along with chicks and bunnies. Nice way to celebrate and use my mad chocolatier skillz.
Good idea Patti! :) e
