Flashmob recreates Rembrandt's "The Night Watch"


In a Dutch shopping mall, shoppers were stunned to suddenly be surrounded by a drama unfolding in Renaissance-era garb, all as a promotion for the upcoming opening of The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam which is reopening (after renovations) in April.
     Brilliant advertising, but I hate to think of the liability issues. People running with lances, jumping off balconies, farm animals at large... I suspect this would never happen in America.
