Art School is for...

I hate it when my students share stories of art teachers who told them they weren't good enough, or that they shouldn't go into art. It should be a crime to ever dissuade a student from pursuing something that brings them joy. Not everyone creates to make money from their creations. As long as there is JOY IN THE PROCESS, then it is worth doing! Which is why I was tickled when, right after this conversation of bad art teachers, I came across this quote. It was so relevant to our discussion, I decided to make art out of it. Seemed appropriate.
