Snowed in Edinburgh

Today was our first day out after "The Beast from the East." Life is starting to get back to normal, although more snow is expected tomorrow.I've never lived in a place that got as much snow as we did over the last few days. With 20+mph winds, it was nearly a white-out at times! Thankfully, we never lost power or hot water, so we were snug and cozy in our wee flat.But Edinburgh normally has quite moderate weather because of the Gulf Stream, and the snow is melting quickly. sigh It was fun while it lasted.
